It is paramount at the beginning of the year like this to have a clear vision. What do you want in the year? What strides would you want to make in the year? A vision shows you where you are going. Don't be a man or woman who is on a journey to nowhere. Without a vision the people perish or become undisciplined and such people can't have significant and impactful achievements. The vision will guide your strategy and actions towards its achievement.
