The word of God is all powerful and it's given for your advantage. Our theme scripture shows you the efficacy of God's word. Genesis 1:2 (AMPC) shows us the sorry state of the earth in the beginning, "The earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the face of the very great deep. The Spirit of God was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters". The Living Bible rendering says, "The earth was a shapeless, chaotic mass, with the Spirit of God brooding over the dark vapors". There was no order and beauty. How did God change this situation? He released words (verse 3). This registers the Power of God's word. What changes do you desire in your life? The answer is in God's word. There is no challenge the word of God cannot conquer.

Isaiah 55:10-11 declares, "For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.". This shows that God designed His word to produce results. The Word of God prospers in achieving God's purposes in your life. Psalm 107:19-20 records "Then they cry unto the LORD in their trouble, and he saveth them out of their distresses. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions". God's word was their answer in trouble and they experienced God's deliverance. This is true today. No matter what you are facing right now, the answer is in God's word.

Go after His word that carries His answers for any situation. God's power is revealed in His word.
