God's grace brings in your life special abilities or gifts. It also grants favour. In your manifestation, the grace of God distinguishes you. These gifts or abilities can be either in the area of charismatic gifts as given in 1 Corinthians 12 but also in other areas of your life like your profession. Through a special endowment of God to interpret dreams Daniel became apparent in Babylon (Dan 3:48-49). Exodus 35:31 tells us of such endowment in professional skills, "And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship". In this year you will see the manifestation of the gifts of the spirit like never before. By such endowments of God's grace you will be known for something extraordinary. You are distinguished among many in ministry and in your work. It's not just a natural skill at work by a touch of God's grace working in your life.

God's grace brings you favour which is God's force that channels good towards you. You may not be qualified by the world's standards and men may have ill will towards you but God's favour beats all of that. God's favour brings a job to you that you are not naturally or academically qualified for. A gifted man Joseph was in the prison and the favour of God caused him to be remembered by the chief butler and he was brought out of the prison (Genesis 41:9). The voice of God's favour called back Jephthah after he had been chased out (Judges 9:1-11). With your ability it's possible for some people to try to ignore or sideline you due to envy but the force of God's favor will cause your name to come into consideration. That is why David prayed in Psalm 5:12 "Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield". God's favour is your shield against the evil and wicked systems of the world.
