The LORD had said to Abram, "Go from your country, your people and your father's household to the land I will show you"— Genesis 12:1-3
Abraham is the father of the Israel nation and also of all that believe in Jesus. In John 8:56 Jesus told the Jews, "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad". Romans 4:11 declares that He is the father of all that believe. In Genesis 17:5 God declared to Abram, "for a Father of many nations have I Made thee". How did he attain such a great and conspicuous position? It started with God talking to him as given in our anchor scripture. The voice of God bedrocks your manifestation. Abram became the father of many nations by following that voice. Treasure the voice of the Spirit of God uncompromisingly. It is greater than the voice of men at the zenith of their variegated experience and acumen. He spoke to us that this is the year of manifesting. That word brought empowerment and conditioned the year to comply with God's will.
God's voice is the voice of truth. That voice will never mislead you. His voice is your priceless advantage in life. He leads you to make profit and advancement (Isaiah 48:17). Sometimes His voice or leading may not be palatable to your senses and to others around you, but follow it still. Abram was told to leave the place he was used to stay. God's voice brought him out of the comfort zone but he became the Father of many nations. Don't love the comfort zone and jeopardize the fulfillment of your destiny in God. His voice is the most reliable guide. Don't try to reason out fleshly with His voice, just believe it and follow. Your manifestation is sponsored by God's voice. The Lord Jesus said, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me". Let your heart be open always to God's voice and act accordingly.
